The food in this lovely modern spot in a garden with views of the fens is awesome. A terrific chef has come up with a unique menu - south east Asian fusion with an emphasis on fresh whole foods. Fresh local produce with Asian spiciness. I had some vegan noodles (quite a few vegan choices at lunch and dinner) with the seafood soup as an appetiser. The soup featured local mussels, shrimp and fish in a thin and spicy tomato soup which was delicious. The vegetable fish was full of fresh, tasty vegetables. I only wished we were longer in Charlottetown so we could visit again. Service was not that fast and the wait staff were so busy we were left waiting both to get a seat (several tables were clearly free but they were too busy to seat us or even greet us) and take our order. They need more staff at busy times.
