This hotel's airy modern architecture goes really well with the cheerful and welcoming staff. The breakfast room is almost like being outdoors; you can have dinner on the patio, and many rooms have a view of the park and river adjacent to it. The location is ideal-just a short walk to the main street. There is a really good safety policy during covid regarding the pool-three rooms at a time can sign up for the same session, so very few, if any, other people are in the pool with you. Great hot tub. I have stayed at many hotels in my lifetime and this is one of my favourites!

We had a lovely stay and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. The location was very picturesque and peaceful.
The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The whirlpool tub was wonderful to soak in after a long drive.

Perfect location right on Stewart Park. Rooms were clean and up to date. Very friendly staff, but definitely missing some people, namely in the breakfast dining area. I’m guessing since new Covid rules have been put in place, the staff that once managed the buffet ( 2 employees who were practically running) are now seating guests, taking orders, serving food, clearing tables. We even had the chef come to help out by taking our breakfast order, which we had wrote down on the back of the menu. I understand these are recent ajustements the hotel has had to make due to Covid, but realize, if you are coming down for breakfast, at 9:00 on a Friday morning, the wait will be long.
Come on Best Western, help you own staff.
