We stayed one night. Booked 2 rooms and one was a King / kitchenette with sofa. The other room was a double and fine ...but the King room was DISGUSTING. The bedding was dirty. The sheets had hair and a stain and the SOFA was filthy. This should be removed and replaced. Our friend would have asked for a different room but we were told the motel was booked up.
The hotel is well situated. The section I stayed in was on the highway, but even though there had been a snow storm, the noise of the traffic and snow clearing didn’t bother me.
My room was smaller, but very clean and nicely decorated. Any dealings I had with the staff (owner potentially) were pleasant and efficient. I will stay again if traveling to Perth.
We always stay at this Motel as we knew the last Owner, and now with the New Owner, they have carried on the tradition of being the mostful polite Owner Management. They have bent over backwards for anything we need and their services are also great. We recommend this Motel as others just dont compare to the great service.
Clean, very affordable and a great location. We stayed for one night, the room had a full kitchen(we like to cook). and here is a grocery store a few minutes walk away. Actually, everything is close by. In the morning we walked downtown (about a fifteen minute walk), had breakfast, looked at some shops and then it was time to continue our trip.

My husband and I stayed there one night as it was nice. The place was clean they have an outdoor pool which was great. You are close to stores and restaurants. Your only 5 minutes into the town of Perth. We would go back.
