We always stay at this Motel as we knew the last Owner, and now with the New Owner, they have carried on the tradition of being the mostful polite Owner Management. They have bent over backwards for anything we need and their services are also great. We recommend this Motel as others just dont compare to the great service.
Clean, very affordable and a great location. We stayed for one night, the room had a full kitchen(we like to cook). and here is a grocery store a few minutes walk away. Actually, everything is close by. In the morning we walked downtown (about a fifteen minute walk), had breakfast, looked at some shops and then it was time to continue our trip.

My husband and I stayed there one night as it was nice. The place was clean they have an outdoor pool which was great. You are close to stores and restaurants. Your only 5 minutes into the town of Perth. We would go back.
We only stayed one night; the room was very clean and well appointed. The price was reasonable for this type of accommodation and found it to be great value. Check-in went very smooth and easy. Gave good recommendations for restaurants near by.
Check-in was quick and easy. The room, which had 2 queen beds, was clean but cold and I called reception to let them know. The lady explained that they open the windows a bit to air out the room. After closing the back windows and turning the heat up, guess who knocked at our door a few minutes later. It was the lady with a portable heater. It was snowing and cold that night and she walked around 400 meters to deliver the heater. She said it was to keep us warm in the meantime. It was very kind of her.
The motel is decent and good for what you pay for.
