We stayed at the Aquarius Motel for a few months while building our house. Harry (the owner) was so kind and accommodating. Our room was clean, had everything we needed and the service was very friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a simple affordable hotel.
We stayed for a few nights unexpectedly when our other accommodations didn't work out...and WOW, this place is great! Our understanding is that it changed owners a few years ago and it was an awesome change. The rooms have all been renovated, new flooring, new lighting, awesome bathrooms. Rooms come equipped with flat screen, mini fridge, microwave, hair dryer, alarm clock, ample lighting, dresser, desk & chair, hanging rack, luggage rack, heating/cooling in room, seating and beds. Beds are COMFORTABLE, rooms CLEAN and service is ABOVE&BEYOND. By day two of our stay they knew us by name, were accommodating to our needs, friendly....Amazing! Would certainly stay here again and will recommend to anyone coming to Perth!
You will not be disappointed with anything. The rooms are very comfortable and up to date. The price is fantastic and the owners are very friendly and helpful. This is the fourth time we have stayed there and have never had a bad experience. Trust me you will enjoy your stay.
Touring Canada and originally booked for one night here. So good we booked an extra two nights.

It’s a very comfortable with lounge area, kitchenette with fridge, microwave and coffee machine and plenty of space for suitcases.
We stayed here for two nights, my grandson and I. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. It had a microwave and bar fridge. Perfect for what we needed. The room also had a comfy soft leather couch for lounging.
