We had been here a number of years ago and it was amazing. Made reservations for a group of four and was so very disappointed. The restaurant had thirty - forty people in total for dining. The air conditioning in the restaurant was not working and the outside temp was 35 plus degrees. TWO other tables were given floor fans, but not offered to us. The waitress knew nothing about the wine list, and yes it was grape and wine wknd. She did not tell us they were out of certain items on the menu. She did not tell us any details about the specials. She did not come back at all to ask if we wanted more beverages. OK, so she was terrible. The food was not a lot better. It wasn't terrible but not what I would expect for such a place. We ordered creme brule for desert and the waitress then brought the bill. I asked her why she would bring the bill when the meal was not finished. She replied very snotty and said it would help speed things up. We'll that it did. We left twenty five minutes later with no creme Brule. At least we had a good time at the wineries we visited at grape and wine.

We decided to choose to panorama restaurant in the Casablanca in for our 30th anniversary. The view of the lake was spectacular. Dinner was a mouthwatering piece of tenderloin with garlic mashed potatoes and assorted dinner veggies. Our server Renée was wonderful and very attentive. Even chef John came out to greet us at our table.
Amazing dinner experience can't wait to return!!

Saturday went for the Valentines dinner special menu at the Panorama restaurant in the Casablanca hotel. Decorated the tables in elegant ivory and red, and our napkins were folded into roses on the tables, such a nice touch! The food was 5 star, and our server Kari seemed to know exactly when we were ready for everything, it felt like she just knew us, and offered us a break in between entrée and dessert which was exactly what we needed. I had the halibut and my husband had the tenderloin, we both had the amazing lobster bisque, which was creamy with an unbelievable (brand?) cream on top
We had an all around great time, the live music was wonderful - Kari let us review a regular night menu, and we will back on a Saturday to see her again, and here more of the great piano player!

It was our first time here. I had bought a certificate for $100 for $50 so I thought we would try it.
We had reservations for 6 on a Saturday night and there was only one other couple there. Sure the view was nice, our waiter was nice, piano player played some nice music, Elvis, billy joel, Elton John type songs.
But I have to be honest food was blah. It's not cheap there. We ordered calamari, nothing special. We ordered 2 pasta seafood dishes and honestly, they weren't anything special , kinda tasteless.
Just being honest
