Spoiled in Vancouver with lots of good cultural food. We eat Japanese often so have experienced everything from authentic and wonderful to 'nope, not coming back'. I would summarize this venue as come for the sushi only. First, we appreciated that the table service was quick and with smiles. The food was lacked luster: seafood salad - nice amount of seafood but the sauce had a soy sauce taste to it and in my opinion, did not do the salad justice; udons arrived very hot with the noodles overcooked; gomae - sauce was tasted too sugary and had a crunch to it versus a smooth sesame dressing; beef don - husband said it was okay; sushi - good. Tea is very expensive - over $3 per person - which is indicative of the overall pricing. If you eat here, I recommend the sushi.
