We had a large room with 2 bathrooms(a big plus) at this hotel. The staff was nice and the receptionist welcomed us with candy and a big smile. We enjoyed the pool and the dry sauna. We didn't use the wet sauna because of the horrible smell (I don't know why that smell). The meals were ok, having enough diversity. We visited the Botanical Garden and we were fascinated by its beauty even in november (it was full of autumn crocus). The weather was absolutely beautiful and the beach was a relaxing place.

Cut short my stay here while on a dental trip and moved to somewhere nicer. My non smoking room smelled strongly of stale smoke, as well as furnishings and bed covers. Cigarette burns on carpet too. Gym and swimming pool in basement good though but can be used by non guests for 6 lv. Food average but well priced. Obviously v quiet as not peak summer season.

We liked the room, the hotel, the meals. We had booked a half board stay and we did not regret it. Taking some walks in this little resort, I saw that there are only few restaurants to choose from should you eat out. The room was spacious, with nice furniture and pleasant colours, it was clean and really attended to - plus, the maid even made some elephants and swans out of towels. The beds are comfortable and large.
Breakfast and dinner were quite all right, plenty of choice and the staff were very prompt, either with re-filling the buffet or waiting upon guests and clearing the tables.
Actually all staff was nice and this contributes a lot to the atmosphere of the hotel.
We didn't try the pool, but it looked good from our balcony :)
A minus? The parking space can prove too little, during week-ends especially.

We have stayed here three times and never been disappointed. The Hotel offers spacious and well equipped rooms. It has fine saunas and a spa centre including a good gym and indoor pool. It has a splendid outdoor pool and if you want the sea it is only a ten minute walk away. The Hotel is situated in a large green area with a number of other hotels and outside facilities to eat and drink in and lanes where the usual sorts of seaside stalls exist. It is also close to Varna - a fine old city with much to see including roman ruins, delightful museums and splendid churches. However the best part is the value for money - prices are extremely low by London standards for example a pint of beer (outside the hotel) typically costs the equivalent of about £1. My only criticism (and the reason that it gets only 4 stars) is that the food is ordinary both within and without the hotel.
