I have been to many 5 star hotels in Europe and around the world, but this one definitely deserves not more than 3 stars!
The room, no matter the sea view was tiny, the furniture was at lest 15 years old, stains on the moquette and 2 separate beds!!! They said all rooms were like that , just crazy! No services were included in the astonishing price of 280 leva (140euro) per night! You even didn't get a free umbrella on the beach!
The staff behaved like you owed them something or you must be happy to get a room in this old Soviet like hotel.
The restaurants are no better too, please avoid! The food is average to poor, based on what you order and the service is terrible. The waiters are mostly nice young girls, who unfortunately have no training to work in a place pretending to provide 5 star service and most often either you wait desperately or you have to go and get them in order to place your order.
If you are looking for a 5 star hotel do not go there.

This hotel service is deplorable. The management has no idea how to manage their responsibilities and employees. The shower was broken this time and after three attempts to get it fixed - no success. The breakfast continues to be the same year after year with no enhancement or change. When food is completely out it's not replenished. Utensils are not readily available regularly I must request a knife. The coffee the worst taste. The room beds are so small a teenager would be disappointed. This hotel is a 2.5 or 3.0 star hotel - with lots of opportunity to be great but alas the Bulgarian culture is simply too passive and unwilling to make a great opportunity great- even the cost of a room with a sea view is the same as the street view - go figure!!!

The main attraction of the hotel is the outdoor thermal water swimming pool. There is also a spa with lots of treatments. Gorgeous entrance. Rooms are quite and the ones with seaside view are also nice. Gardens are beautifully kept and staff is very polite.

Room tip: Best outdoor thermal water swimming pool
