Quality, luxury and outstanding personal service. All at affordable prices.
Stayed October '17 (last week of the season.) Close to the airport. Clean throughout.
Staff lovely, friendly and helpful.

Upon arrival we were greeted by a tall, bald man who was very friendly and helpful. He also had a great sense of humour. Check in was effortless and swift.

The room was immaculate and well stocked with toiletries. Which were replaced after use daily. Shower was large, very clean and powerful. The bed and pillows were of high quality and the MOST comfortable we've ever slept in.
The balcony was nice with a great sea view.

It was very peaceful as the hotel was closing on our last day for the winter.
The hotel standards were still second to none, immaculately clean, staff were always on hand to help with any query, from WI-FI password to medical queries.
For example when we needed to get to a pharmacy, the security guy was ever so helpful and arranged for "Lord Of The Taxis" (as he's known locally) to take us there and bring us back.

The food was average, but always cooked well and always a good selection.
The deserts on the other hand were AMAZING. (Even converting my non desert eating partner!) Breakfast was what you would expect. The coffee was very good.
WARNING the drinks are full strength (not the watered down spirits you sometimes get) and you can easily get drunk without intending to!!

The inside pool was lovely (especially as it rained the first 2 days.) well maintained and always a fresh supply of clean towels. The outside pool (the sun did come out eventually!) was clean and well maintained, even though it was the last week the pool bar was still open and service was swift and friendly.

We had great fun playing table tennis on the cooler days with VasCo Enev (the animation guy.) Who was so helpful and friendly. He even popped to the shop for us on his lunch break. He is a credit to the hotel and himself.
And he is a spitting image of Djokovic (the tennis player.)

My partner was conversing about the quality of the hotel and the excellent service we had received to another guest at the bar, unbeknown to him the man beside him was the general manager (Lazar Stoyanov) who introduced himself and thanked him for his comments. When we returned to our room there was a lovely big bowl of fresh fruit and a magnum of Champagne on ice. Along with the lovely letter shown in our picture.

On summary we would recommend this hotel and will be returning in May. (Can't wait.)

Only downside is they aren't open sooner!!

I had a reservation for this hotel 6/10/17-13/10/17.
When I cheked in, they informed me that they are closing the hotel at 9/10/17.but still I stay there for 3 night, and they should give service... 3 nights there was only Buffe for diner, and I don't call good foodfor for what I got from them A la carte...... On the last Day there was only continental breakfast... And not Buffe as they should service....

Bad food, bad rooms, bad service, bad atitude, smelly beds. Never come back.
Tried to charge us double for food in the hotel restaurant. Wet old carpet all over the floor. No bathroom lock, ac only on heat mode. Lights in the hall dont turn on till you cross at least half the way

service zero room cleanleness zero restruant food cold pork chicken and veal or chicken pork and veal same alternate days staff thought they were in a prison not one smile or good morning or anything at all ended up eating bread and jam then we decided to eat out a lot better overall will not return to this hotel

This place is dragging the Hilton name through the mud ignorant staff always on mobile phones when serving drinks etc. Our room was not cleaned or hovered all the time we were there.caught the lifeguard sleeping on sunbed at 10 am .threadbare carpets in halls .broken tiles everywhere indoor pool not heated till second last day of our holiday.
Went out for the day returned to find out our room had not been touched went to reception to be told what do u expect we have 100 new arrivals.cold food all the time .says it all about this place
