The best choice you can make: The best location on the Sunny Beach. Close to all entertainments, walking paths and resort shops. At the same time it is located a bit far (150 m) from the attraction places.

great hotel on the beach front. rooms are clean and big, lots of sea view rooms but they are blocked by concrete walls [unless you get the rooms that are central to the hotel] so when you sit down you cant see the sea but fine when standing up.the pools are very large and deep, they are great to swim in but very cold in the first monthe of the season. the food is nice with lots to choose from, we have used this hotel lots and will go back.
The Majestic Hotel is rated as the best hotel in Sunny Beach by all the locals and after 4 visits there myself I can confirm this is probably true. The moment you arrive you get the feeling of Quality. The check-in staff are very efficient and courteous as are all the staff. The hotel is superbly decorated throughout, spotlessly clean and perfectly situated on the beach front with bars and restaurants only minutes away.
There are two pools with children's pool facilities, more than enough very comfortable sun lounges. Reserving sun beds by placing a towel on them is not allowed so there's no need to get up at 5am to reserve a bed.
The rooms are very well equipped and spacious, The restaurant is huge and easily accommodates hundreds of guests with ease, the food is out of this world with service to match.
The hotel has every facility you would expect to see in a five star hotel, Gym, sauna, hairdresser, doctor,business centre etc.
The official DIT Majestic Beach Hotel web site gives a you a very good idea of what the hotel is about but in my opinion they are under promoting it, The hotel is far better than they describe. You will not be dissapointed.
This was a last min holiday booking and it was quite cheap. With this in mind I was not expecting this spectacular hotel! It was massive & stunning!
The entertainment needs ALOT OF WORK but other arise it's brilliant right on the busy beach with plenty of bars and shops to keep you busy thought the stay

Outstanding hotel! Extremely clean and food was lovely. We went half board which was fine regarding drinks as all the cocktails are 2 4 1. Your not right by the strip but only a 5 minute walk along the front. I preferred not being in the middle of it all as it was slightly quieter. By far the nicest hotel in sunny beach.. Will definitely be returning! Recommend this hotel to anyone.
Oh my goodness what to say about this place. I have taken my time in trying to put together great review of this hotel.
This has been one of my favourite places to have visited in quite sometime and for a variety of different reasons. The hotel was booked as part of a late package deal online. Before confirming our booking I naturally as ever checked out the reviews on Tripadvisor and got even more excited at the prospect of our holiday.
Burgas airport is about 40 mins journey to the hotel. It is passed 'The Strip' towards the peaceful end of the resort but easily accessible if want the night life with a short 20 minute walk or other modes of transport such as local bus very cheap. We arrived at night to the front of a very grand entrance with sweeping drive upto the manicured planted and fountain displayed entrance.
Inside to a fantastic dare I say it very Majestic reception with grand marbled flooring, large open, clean welcoming foyer. Theres a cash machine outside the hotel (recommended as official, not one of the street vendor stands) there's a bureau de change inside also at reception.
The staff are very smart,well presented and friendly. There is a taxi rank directly outside the hotel on the side road (prepare to barter a good price.) Check-in was a nice surprise having a bell boy bring our luggage upto our room which was on the 5th Floor at the Hotel front next door to the lift.
This was great for us as there was no noise from the lift, and not over the entertainment area, Bliss. The room was fabulous we had a hall with wardrobes digital safe (free to use) good sized bathroom with shower (powerful) toiletries, hairdryer (working) air conditioning (inclusive also) thermostat for those wishing to tailor the temperature :)
Great comfortable beds and good sized space to move around the carpetted room, which also includes fridge and TV plus a balcony. I was very pleased not see view pleased but very happy. The hotel seriously has everything you could possibly need or want. The proof is in the numerous walls displaying every award they have won over many years, which is alot.
There is an shop, a gym, beauty salon, doctor thats just for starters there is an excellent Spa we had the full hammam (oh wow) and entertainment for all. Take your pick there really was something for all ages within reason. There is a large open plaza facing out onto the huge pool area that provides nightly shows or singer with a variety of acts being put on for guests entertainment.
Most of which had been excellent but there are one or two that need to be changed.
Theres plenty of comfortable seating throughout the hotel inside and out. The are several hotel bars with table service to use which we did. There is a great offer on local spirits and beer too good to refuse :)
There are pool tables, a choice of palm tree lined swimming pools, crazy golf and lots of sun beds available with parasols within the hotel grounds the place is huge, oh did I mention the hotel was pink! But weirdly suits it.
We seriously did not want for anything throughout our stay here, I genuinely mean that. Oh and you have a courtesy sun lounger towel which can be changed at no cost.
The whole place is very well maintained continually throughout our stay the staff work tirelessly, a tremendous credit to how well the hotel looks and is kept day and night. The food is fabulous is the main dining room with so much choice on offer I never failed to find something to enjoy.
There is a multitude of cold and hot fresh food it was like having a banquet every morning and night. Our package was Half board plus which meant 2 drinks (free) each with our meal in the evening.
We stayed for two weeks which also gave us the chance to try out their bulgarian restaurant, which looks great but I have to say in my view could have been much much better.
I feel this may have been down to my choices from the menu but none the less I felt it wasn't as good as my expectations which was a real shame given everything else had been first rate around the rest of the hotel. There is an italian themed restaurant but this was closed during our stay. The pool bar has plenty of tv screens for football games and Kareoke (seasonal)
I will review all the other places visited during our stay seperately but it just demonstrates that this location is at the heart of being able to come and go to every place we wanted to during our stay with ease. The beach is directly at the front of the hotel, with a reduced rate on those loungers for Majestic guests.
There are a selection of watersports nearby or venture down to Flower Street where you'll find bars, etc to suit the livelier holiday maker along the promenade (more of a private road) its a 20 minute walk but plenty of shops, market stalls along the way for a bargain.
The place was fabulous in my view. It is an impressive and very striking complex. There is a child care facility with playroom and soft play area. An caged football / tennis area for the athletic amongst you. The courtesy room for checking out is a bonus but was messy inbetween guests usage bit of a let down.
However, as night falls the place takes on a very romantic feel, practically sparkling for those looking to take an evening stroll along or relax at the pool bar. I loved being here and recommended it to family and friends already for a future visit. Some have already booked. We will go back without a doubt.
