We have been to Grand Victoria hotel in September 2017. It wasn't crowded of people and we relaxed and enjoyed and had a lovely vacation. The food is delicious, various, there had beed Bulgarian evening in the Restaurant with typical bulgarian food and we liked it very much. The rooms are specious and our was with nice view over the sea. The stuff is also nice and polite. We will recommend it and definetely will be back.

Room Tip: Rooms with side sea view ara quieter than front view rooms.

It's a quite big hotel in front of the beach and some restoration would really be necessary.
In the night there is the typical noise coming from the bars and drunk youngster in the boardwalk, I would recommend to get a room looking at the internal parking. The swimming pool need a fight early in the morning in order to get a place and it's hard to win against german families. Breakfast was satisfying even though not all the drinks and coffees were acceptable.
A good destination for low budget without big disappointment.

The manager of the hotel was very rude but the other people of the staff were polite. I think the biggest issue was that you have to pay for the sunbed at the beach and at the pool there weren t many of them. Having a 4 members family it wasn t convenient to pay every day for them. Another problem was the noisy local near us. But they always turned the volume off after 1AM.
The food was delicious with thematic nights 3 times a week, near the beach, in the centre of the resort, the room was clean and modern. All inclusive pool bar but always shut down at 11 pm sharp. If you were hungry during the lunches staff were making hamburgers or nudgets. A nice variety of drinks at the bar. It isn t the best choice for families with small kids but it s ok for teenagers and young couples

First star is for location and second one is that the hotel apologised. When we arrived at the hotel the check-in was very slow and staff was a bit rude even then. We booked a room with extra bed for me my sister and for my mom so it was trip for adults and that's the reason why we went through a storm. The extra bed was terrible and first night that my mom sleep on it her legs came out of the sofa bed. In the morning I went to the reception and (and behavior again RUDE) told them that the bed is bad and we want a new room because there is many types of sofa beds BUT 4 STAR HOTEL YOU DON'T EXPECT SOFA FROM 2 STAR HOTEL. Then manager tells me that they have a family room that we can change there but it will cost extra and I said I will talk to our travel company first but we will take the room. Our travel guide comes to the hotel to measure the bed and when he tells the bell boy to open the sofa.....the mattress was DISGUSTING it was brown it was broken it was dirty. Then we went to the reception and they had the price for the room change 425 EUROS TO PAY EXTRA BECAUSE WE HAD TERRIBLE ROOM AND THE TRIP ALREADY COST A LOT AND I DON'T KNOW WHY BECAUSE THE HOTEL IS NOT WHAT IT SAYS IT IS. Our travel guide said that's not the real price they are playing with and travel agent will give the new price (at the end we paid 195 leva). And when we finally changed the room and me and my sister went to eat and came back our mom had terrible back cramps and couldn't move and because there was something on the lines we couldn't contact our guides and so we went to reception ask for help. When we told the lady what was the problem she goes and takes sign which says doctor and stars write down the number on the paper as slowly as possible and gives the note and says call from the room. So this lady couldn't give a fly about the situation. So thanks for nothing if our mom would have a heart attack she would already died because who these people solve situations. She also wasn't willing to take copies of our mothers passport and insurance documents what the doctor needed but thank god the bell boy who did! And after all this we got apologise note cake fruits and sparkling wine from the hotel and we really appreciate it. And the staff at reception changed their behavior after this (expect the lady in night shift). If you're trying to bee 4 star hotel things like this should solve better not after when the damage is already happen. And our travel company TUI has also receive the feedback about handling the situation.

The staff from the Venice Bar outside were rude and arrogant; the bartender was always angry and had a really bad attitude, he acted this way to everybody. The lady from the bar acted different depending from where you were. Actually the staff in general acted different depending from where you were ( they were always nice to the germans). The receptionist was arrogant and had a bad mouth, she would just get angry for no reason. The 3d bed in the room was just a couch shoved in the window because it wasn't enough space for it, and it was really low comparing to the main bed; and it gave you back pains because it was uncomfortable. On the plus side: there was a variety of food and it was tasty, the staff from the restaurant was nice and the boys from the animation team were so friendly and spoke to everybody equally. In my opinion this wasn't a 4 star hotel. I won't be returning.
