We travelled there with our extended family -16 people from 2 -60 and a puppy), and had a brilliant week: comfortable spacious apartments, with big balconies, varied half-board, and the beach is just a 5-minute walk. The staff are very friendly and helpful, whern it turned out that my brother had his birthday during our stay, they organized a delicious birthday cake and some champagne, decorated the tables and mad the day realyy memorable. They answered all our requirements, so we left happy and satisfied and with a nice suntan.

Parking is over crowded and they do not give you access to raise the drop gate on your own. You have to alert the reception each time, feels like an invasion of privacy that they see your coming and goings from the hotel. You pay for this parking, but you are pretty much forced to pay, because there are no other options for parking. Wi-Fi is also NOT free. The floor in the room is constantly covered by sand. I understand this because of being near the beach, but it's annoying non-the-less. The door to access the parking area was locked mid-day which is fine, but you do not have a key to access or enter that door. The elevator is really small and slow, if someone else is in the elevator, Good Luck, you have to wait for them to go to their floor and the elevator to make it back to you without anyone in between getting into the elevator before you. The restaurant is not open all day. It only opens for time blocks. 3 hours for breakfast, 3 hours lunch, 3 hours dinner. So, if you want to eat lunch at 11:00 am, not at the hotel you're not...you have to go somewhere else.

Hotel is located on the southern tip of Sunny Beach, 5 mins walk to beach and 30 mins walk to nightlife.

We thought the hotel was well presented and clean but the cleaners didn't do too much to the room each day. Pool is one of the coldest we have experienced but we gradually adjusted to it.

Sunbeds are available at 0930, no need to get up early. Bar is cheap (£1 for pint of bulgarian draft) and never a queue.

The WiFi is fast and covers most of areas of the hotel including the rooms. Just disappointing that you have to pay extra for it (£9 for 3 days).

We only had breakfast in the hotel, a standard continental breakfast just very busy and the restaurant manager is lacking interpersonal skills. Suggest getting there at 0945, just before it closes otherwise you have to share a table.

Hotel has some annoying rules like no food or drink by pool and if left in room the housekeeping will remove it - these weren't enforced so seem unnecessary.

The hotel didn't do anything to disappoint us, just a few areas it could be improved. Good outweighed the bad, would recommend staying here :).

We booked here for 10 days holiday and now we still have 5 days left.

In general hotel is ok, breakfast is normal, nothing special but it can make you full, dinner is also normal, they change 1-2 types of foods everyday.

Cleaning is under standard, they clean everyday but not so good.

But everything is still acceptable except the personal services here. They never smile, never say hello back, from reception to cleaner, and the most rude guy is the guy that we meet him twice a day, the buffer manager. He never smiles, of course, complaint to many small things. Sometimes he made us think that he is giving us favor.

We come here, enjoy our holidays, and pay quite a lot, we are not asking meals or home for free, why person here are like that, especially the buffet manager??

We still give this hotel 3 stars because of other things like meals, pools, bar, ... But for personal, 1 star is already too much.
