The North Dakota state Capitol is unique because it is one of only two or so in the USA that is not a dome. It is one of the most accessible capitols because you can actually drive right onto the grounds and park. The grasses and trees around the capital are beautiful to walk through and there is an awesome view from the top, and much history and geography to be discovered.
