We spent a relaxing weekend at Lancelin and were very pleased with the hotel - very friendly staff who are working hard at upgrading the place. Very large and clean rooms, which do need to be lightened up and modernised a bit, but the new owners do have plans for this. They have already invested in new towels and bed linen, and are making changes to the menu in the Dunes Restaurant which serves good and unpretentious food. Great views of the sunset from here.
