Lovely staff, excellent value and authentic sourdough. Very diverse selection of wood fire oven breads and pastries.

The fresh bread from here is fantastic and you are staying in the Barossa Valley - this is a great bakery to buy your freshly baked items.

Called in last Friday morning for coffee. Bienenstich was delicious! Huge range of pies, pasties, sausage rolls, breads, rolls, sandwiches, cakes, hot and cold drinks. Eat in or take away. Friendly staff, excellent service.

If you love quality bread, mouth watering pies and delicious donuts, head in to see the team from Apex. They definitely know who to bake goodness!

This place is amazing. Old school wood oven flavor you will find no where else. Pies are amazing, cakes and doughnuts are magnificent. Better than your Nanna made when you were a kid. Have made this a must stop destination anytime I am able to. Do yourself a favor. It is the best bakery I have ever been to.
