Okay it isn’t a cheap meal, but it is worth it. We started with scallops (I didn’t try so can’t comment other than to say I was told they were very nice) and the quail which I can say was excellent. We then shared the rib eye which has only one possible criticism that it might actually be too much meat. The mushroom with the steak only made it even more mouth watering. Of the desserts the chocolate posset was nice but the passionfruit soufflé even better. The wine list is impressive as you would expect, but also with several; very reasonably priced options which was an unexcepted surprise. Very highly recommended.
