Okay it isn’t a cheap meal, but it is worth it. We started with scallops (I didn’t try so can’t comment other than to say I was told they were very nice) and the quail which I can say was excellent. We then shared the rib eye which has only one possible criticism that it might actually be too much meat. The mushroom with the steak only made it even more mouth watering. Of the desserts the chocolate posset was nice but the passionfruit soufflé even better. The wine list is impressive as you would expect, but also with several; very reasonably priced options which was an unexcepted surprise. Very highly recommended.

The entrees, quail and scallops were 10 /10.
However we both ordered the duck breast with greens and salad.
The duck breast looked great, however, it was chewy, under seasoned, tough, skin not crispy and underwhelming?
The sauce was underwhelming again.
The salad was not seasoned and dressed.
The meal needed SALT to eat some of it.
We voiced our opinion and the waitress, lovely, I’m sorry and gave us the bill. $225? What a joke.

Looking for a celebration lunch and could not have been more pleased. Lovely food (the scallops and prawn entrees were a stand out with the crab and steak mains not far - deserts also not to be missed if you can fit them in) and amazing wine list. Staff were very friendly and pleasant

Make sure you book well in advance. It is so worth it.
Six friends of varying ages and tastes all thoroughly enjoyed our dinner.
Three courses all around and all were perfect.
Scallops for entree, scotch fillet for mains and three scrumptious little tarts for dessert.
Others had prawns or the dumplings for entree. Duck, barramundi and Szechuan chicken for mains.
But the most talked about were the passion fruit soufflés - so light and airy.
Excellent wine list with all budgets considered.
Service was friendly but professional.
We were not hurried and were allowed to enjoy each other’s company.
We tried to compare Vitners to restaurants in Adelaide and we could only name a couple that are on the same high level of excellence.
