We chose the shortest of cruises available. For the time of one hour, it was a fabulous experience on an amphibious vehicle driven by an experienced and entertaining guide who related information clearly. We had a lot of fun.
We didn’t see stingrays, dolphins or turtles, but did learn about some birds. The views of the river meeting the ocean and the coastal area of 1770 were beautiful. Before we boarded our cruise, two earlier, longer cruises arrived back. The applause and happy comments from the people disembarking indicated that their tours were highly successful. I think that if seeing turtles or dolphins etc is important and you have the time, the longer cruises would be a good idea.

Great sunset activity

We were only in town for a short time so the LARC sunset tour was a great thing to do. Our guide Macca was very entertaining and knowledgeable.

Great Experience!

Macka and Lee are legends. This is my second visit and I will be back. Mackas knowledge and sense of humour make him perfect as a tour guide. Don't miss taking a trip on the LARC if you are anywhere near 1770 - great fun. Well done guys

An absolute must!

Myself, my husband and my two kids booked the 1 hour afternoon tour online with no hassles. Our tour guide, I think her name was Wanda was brilliant. Extremely knowledgeable and very entertaining. Would absolutely recommend this tour even to those that may get sea sick.
