“Came for the Indian, left with samosas and a sunset experience”

It is well worth the drive to the end of Carlos Road to visit this restaurant.
I'm a big Indian cuisine lover and although there was only one Indian dish on the menu - it was made to perfection. The (vege) samosas were fresh and fragrant and the curry was clearly cooked from scratch (and not a pre-prepared paste). It seemed that most places in the main business area, as well as the resort restaurants, didn't start dinner menus until 5:30pm, so we drove down Carols Road around 5pm, ordered takeaway and watched the breathtaking sunset over the ocean. An absolutely perfect evening - I only wish my meal came with a garlic naan or roti!

Went particularly for the Indian dishes offered on the Menu as the other Indian Restaurant in Rainbow Beach is presently closed. We weren't disappointed. Authentic Indian samoas and curry. Would like to have more Indian dishes to choose from but the chef is catering for a variety of tastes. Great location and nice atmosphere for dinner.

Good find at Rainbow Beach! The food was great and prices were reasonable! The sunset view from the restaurant made the experience even better! Will go back!

Terrible. We thought we would try the prawn cocktails at $20 each. They came out unpeeled, soft shelled and tasted terrible. Ate half of one; Sent the rest back. Tried salt and pepper squid- we think they opened a coles box and deep fried. We ordered the fisherman's basket - came out first and was only lukewarm... the curry was also ordered, was alright but couldn't be finished. When we went to pay the "chef" did not acknowledge that we were the ones that had sent food back and charged us for everything... will not be back. Thought we would try to support the locals around the caravan park, but sorry was awful.
