we were back to this stunning place my wife and i , this time with our 2 little children , at the ramadan time . there had been many improvements since our last stay ; the rooms looked more cosy and comfortable , a big football pitch and a bowling court were built around .
We stayed for 6 days without having to move from the hotel since we wanted to enjoy the big swimming pool and the good weather . the staff were helpful and very friendly: the service was a little bit slow i think because of the ramadan . big thanks to Mehdi and hassan who made from our stay such a delight .

Room tip: we stayed in a suite near the reception called tizi ntest

Very nice hotel located at the high atlas mountains , very friendly staff who are ready to do anything on request , very big swimming pool with a bridge , our room was big and clean surrounded by a big green garden the manager gave us an upgrade to a junior suite which made my wife very delighted .
the cuisine very tasty limited but good in general we had to choose between 3 menus every day .
Thanks to all the staff who made our stay so wonderful

Room tip: we had stayed in a room called chiba

What a beautiful setting and gorgeous building. Sadly it is in a state of neglect and even with the staff's best efforts we had to leave early. No hot water, barking mad dogs all night (literally!) and the kids beds were far to hard. They're not fussy so upon inspection (!) it was obvious no human could sleep on them unless you're a hardened mountain goat.
The management were lovely and understood.

The hotel was in very spacious grounds with chalet-like rooms, amazing location and on a lovely sunny day the pool is very inviting. As we visited (2 nights) in February, it was warm during the day but freezing at night time, almost as the sun went down the temperature dropped considerably. The rooms were spacious and clean but absolutely freezing and no heat on. Breakfast seemed a bit meagre with just bread, pancake and jams etc. In summer, I imagine this place is heaven, a fabulous retreat from the scorching hot sun of Marrakesh. I noticed a few other reviews which mentioned the quiet eeriness of this place and I agree, as if we were intruding on the peace and not supposed to be there. Lunch and dinner were very substantial with great moroccan food (cous cous and tagines etc).

Hey Sue S,

Thank you for your review, it means a lot to us.
Indeed the Mountain weather is quiet warm during the day and very cold at night. Since the management team has changed, the rooms are equipped by AC/heaters.
The breakfast menu also has changed : coffee, tea, orange juice, moroccan pancakes and hercha, cakes, cooked eggs...
The experience is quiet different during summer, since you enjoy more the pool.

Hopefully, we'll have the chance to host you again, but during summer time.

Have a good day.

The best place to relax after the hustle and bustle of marrakech , we were almost the only guests at the hotel it was so quite , our room was big and clean but not enough lighting , beautiful pool with a nice bridge , nice and well maintained garden . the staff were very friendly and helpful .

Room tip: rooms in the corner called chiba or azir
