Description: The Cowfish brings to the world the first restaurant focusing on offering both the best sushi AND the best burger in town. Fresh, innovative and delicious, the sushi segment of the menu is powered by the success of sister company, eeZ Fusion & Sushi. All natural, creative and hearty, the burgers entice with fresh, never frozen, ingredients and bold flavors. Spiked hand-spun milkshakes, premium sakes, craft beers, wine and 10oz exotic martinis round out a huge bar menu that is sure to please. The Cowfish aims to offer something for the entire family. Scrumptious appetizers for sharing, hot soups and entree-sized salads, homemade desserts and a fun kid's menu are joined by our signature creations that we call "Burgushi"! A cutting edge fusion of burger and sushi, burgushi items include sushi rolls created using burger components, and pick-up style sandwiches created using sushi components. If you can't make up your mind, try a bento box to sample a mini-burger along with your choice of sushi roll and three tasty side items!

We dined here tonight tonight for the first time ever. Our kids have been here several times. Our food was great. Our server was amazing, Dorothy, one of the nicest servers we’ve ever had! I will request her every time we’re in the area!

Such a delicious and trendy chimera: take the art of sushi and plant it into a Southern state culture where folks are addicted to burgers and meats! The result of this fusion is a charm, not too cheap though, but really allowing for a broad dining experience. Waiting lines may be substantial, but easy to overcome with a round of pool or other games in the place across the street. All kinds of sushi, sashimi, vs burgers. Forget culinary principles of purity and keep indulging.
The TUNA & AVOCADO-TINI combined yellowfin tuna cubes with avocado in a ginger dressing; the CRISPY CALAMARI "T & T" (tubes & tentacles) were served with a sweet chili sauce; the ARNOLD HAMANDEGGAR (PS: no freaking clue who that is??) represents a ½ pound beef burger with all kinds of goodies, including fried egg, applewood bacon, grilled onions, Cowfish sauce, and onion roll. The menu listed multiple rolls: the FIRECRACKER ROLL, the TROPICAL STORM ROLL, the SPICY TUNA ROLL, and the BAGEL ROLL were all delicious - as were the sides such as the sweet potato fries, and others. The BURGUSHI melted sushi and burgers into one – great combination.
The dessert was rather heavy and the opposite of European lightness and pastry sophistication, but THE MOUSSE IS LOOSE was all in all quite good.

My husband and I went for dinner. There was about a 30 min wait but it’s in a nice shopping center and there was live music playing so we didn’t mind waiting outside. They text you when your table is ready so you can walk around. My husband had a mushroom Swiss burger and he said it was good but not the best ever. I had the American burgushi. The burgushi is an interesting concept and very different so I enjoyed it. It did take about 45 min to get our food which seemed a bit long for the amount of people in the restaurant. The staff is very friendly and explain the menu. The decor is pretty nice and different. One note is the restroom is very dark. It’s mostly painted black. I would go back for the novelty but the food is good, not great.
