Super 8 more like Super Zero. We spent no longer than 2 minutes in the room before going to the car to call Expedia. We are working on getting our money back. I am beyond disappointed in the brand of Wyndham. I really expected better. The room was an old smoke and an unexplainable smell all mixed together.

Fair accomidations for the price. Front desk staff was very helpful and responsive to my needs and questions. Smoke free room with updated TV, good channel selection, green tea soap and shampoo. Door to bathroom may need some updating at the room I stayed in. Overall good experience.

Good service and Manny is a great guy. He knows alot about the motel and all of the people who work at the front desk are real courteous. I had good neighbors who lived upstairs and downstairs. I'd definitely stay here again. I also like the fact that it's restaurants and stores close by.

We went this place to stay for a few days until the roads reopened to Maggie Valley, NC
Except for Kim, the maintenance chief, the remainder of the staff either didn't know what they were doing or just didn't care about the guests.
We were there three days and the room was never cleaned. We asked for fresh sheets to be put on the bed and they dropped off a set of sheets and said we could change them. Day two we went to get breakfast and they had fed a bunch of workers that weren't staying at the hotel and nothing was left for the guests.
A person pulled their car up to the sidewalk and emptied the trash out of their car onto the sidewalk.
No TV, no wifi and we were charged full price for our stay.
Positive note, the fridge in the room didn't work so Kim found one that did and swapped it out.
Would not stay there ever again.

I enjoyed it to where I come back and enjoyed the atmosphere and setting beds were comfortable not hard at all
