The women at the check-in desk was mean,scary and rude. I was wanting to leave and go to different hotel, but booked with Priceline and unable. I would not recommend this location. Property is mediocre could use some renovations a lot of broken things. Breakfast area very small and inadequate.
If you smoke... anything, this is the hotel for you. Elevator, smelled like cigarettes, non-smoking room, smelled like cigarettes, 3rd floor, smelled like weed, waffel maker had a warning on it, that was nice of them.
Dirty, Used gum on top of a 3' tall divider wall and ketchup on the side and not including the rest of the room ! Broken shower controls, NO SHOWER ! and BED BUGS, AND I HAVE THE BITES TO PROVED IT ! I should have left after the cold reception at the front desk.
Terrible customer service. Very rude lady at front desk. Make sure you turn the key back in or you will be charged 10 dollars per key. Did not sleep in room, was there for a wedding only used room to change and freshen up. Glad I was leaving.
Service was terrible and cleanliness was obviously not a top priority. Front desk lady was rude and did not want to get up out of her chair to help and just overall unfriendly. Blood spots were on the sheets and the hotel seemed to be home to some people who participated in extra corricular activities. They were up and down the halls all night and a lot of activity in the parking lot as far as “transactions”.
