“Wonderful Place”
Reviewed 12 November 2016 for a stay in October 2016

Loved it, would recommend to anyone, will definitely return. Cottage right up our street, locals really friendly, beaches enormous , only downside is that time seemed to go quickly here.

“A very bright and cosy cottage”
Reviewed 13 May 2016 for a stay in April 2016

On arrival to the cottage the heating had been switched on making it warm and cosy we also found a welcome pack of basic food stuff to get you started a very nice touch. The cottage is well equipped for all your needs I must mention the beds sheets and ma tresses are exceptional comfortably for a good night sleep. The house is in the center of the village only a two minute walk to the sea, local pub (harbour inn) and local shops.
My highest recommendation is that i am already making plans to book a two week vacation next year.

“Very lovely cottage”
Reviewed 20 August 2015 for a stay in August 2015

This is a lovely cosy cottage. Very comfortable, great space indoors. Welcome was a bonus.
Only down side really was the 5th bed (camp bed) and the small garden.
Beaches were close only a stone throw away. Had great weather which was lovely.

“Superb location for a quiet holiday or funpacked.”
Reviewed 23 August 2014 for a stay in August 2014

What a home from home this is,from the welcome pack to the brilliant location.Plenty to do on youre doorstep from walking along the beach/forest on one side to rock pooling on the other side all within a couple of minutes walk(up/down steepish paths). We was up there when the weather wasnt to good but still managed to find plenty to do and was out most of the day visiting other harbours/beaches/castles/distilerys/villages/towns,as well as exploring Burghead its self.We had a little problem with the water/heating but was fixed within 12 hours.
