VERY small! Not pet friendly! The cheese is good and they have some different (and good) types of cheese. Try the coconut one!

Gator G,
What? Not pet friendly! I am sorry you had that experience or came away with that impression. We love our canine friends and fans. We can't have them in the cheese shop itself with the open food and small space so we ask people not to bring them inside. However, visitors are always welcome to bring their well behaved canine companions with them, and many people do. We provide water bowls outside and there is a grassy sitting area with bistro and picnic table that make for a perfect place to share a cheese plate with your favorite four legged friend. We have a lovely Great Pyrenees (named Moses) who lives with our two goat ambassadors next to the picnic area too.
However, I am very glad you liked the cheese and we appreciate you took the time to visit us. We are very small, that is true, but look for some pretty exciting changes with an upcoming expansion to the cheese shop.
Thank you for your feedback.

Quaint little stop. Very small. The selection of cheese and wine is great. Everything we had is delicious. I would not go out if my way for the experience again, but it was worth a stop if time is on your side.

Thanks for coming Ashley, Don't take us off your list just yet! We start a renovation in a month or two after production moves down to the farm and plan on expanding our offerings, add some very cheese centric food service, an occasional class or pairing and grow our beer and wine selection. It will be worth coming back for. Thanks for the feedback.

We loved it here. Their cheeses were very good and the hosts were very kind. We've never been to a creamery so we opted for their smaller plate. It was great for two people. A bottle of red wine and the picnic table outside and we were happy people.

Bubba1202,
Thanks for visiting. We are planting our usual herbs and flowers in the beds in the next couple of weeks which adds to the outside picnic table experience. Thanks for the feedback and we are glad you came.

Came here during my last day visiting Asheville. A short drive from Asheville up a hill and suddenly I arrive at this tiny small white house without knowing the surprise I would have.
At first look it was just a small store and my plan was to only buy some cheese and leave.
Immediately I got captivated by an extremely kind, friendly and very helpful lady who offered the plates and wines they had for a very reasonable price. That was the best way to know the cheese types they sell. I was invited to go upstairs where I found the perfect comfortable space to enjoy a french red wine and plenty of cheese.
After I finished I bought them all! Plus a jelly and dulce de leche.
You cannot loose the opportunity to get to know this gem and enjoy their delicious cheese.
Will definitely come back the next time I'm in town.

So glad you enjoyed your visit. We strive to make good cheese, provide excellent service and a nice place to sit back and relax. We are almost finished with the loft and have added lots of comfy chairs and places for people to enjoy it even more since you were here. We hope to see you again. Many thanks for your patronage.

Fancy cheese, nice wines, and a very scenic spot to sit and relax for a while. They are refurbishing the upper level to provide comfortable seating with a view. No farm to visit here, but the cheese is excellent with tastings and a good variety.
