So I actually didnt go for the activities, but I went for the summer/fall concert nights with my friend's family who are residents of Lake Norman, NC. This. Was. Incredible. The entire place filled up with people bringing their lawn chairs & blankets, dogs walking around with their owners, live bands on stage, beer and wine being sold on site!! It was the best experience I never thought I'd have. All while other people are using the facility for Ziplines and rock climbing!

This facility is fun in the moment but definitely NOT worth it for one day. Staff was very disengaged, to the point of appearing bored, and very slow. Line ups were insanely long so only 3 activity were achieved in 8 hours. Staff made mistakes in instructions causing more confusion. The identical safety briefings should not be required three times in the same day. No good opportunities to even capture photos of the activities since Cell phone are not allowed where they would be most used for pictures. Outfitters shop was very unaccommodating and unimpressive given the number of tourists at the facility versus locals. People who live locally and buy annual passes are better able to get value them this place.

My wife and I come here every two or three weeks. It’s a great time for families of any age. There are restaurants and bars, and watching the rafts and kayaks is always fun. If you’re feeling adventurous there are bike trails, or you can take the kayaks out, or rafts.

Visiting from Pittsburgh and came down to the Center for the day with the family. Disappointed in the activities that were closed, plus the very long, slow moving lines (over 4 hours to do 2 activities! Unbelievable)

If they don’t have enough employees to keep the lines open and all activities open, then price should be discounted. Over $50 per person to stand in lines when the Center is not all that crowded is unacceptable.

We have been here several times before and have always been happy. But not this time. We have never experienced this before and are very disappointed.

There were zip lines and rope courses everywhere and there was a tall rock wall, too. I could have spent MUCH more time here. I highly recommend checking out the website in advance to get a feel for the place. My son was nervous at first, but then he went on Triple Track rope course (we highly recommend) and he loved the place. We watched the rafts and kayaks go by for a while, then we got some souvenirs from the outfitter shop. Every staff member we had contact with was extremely friendly and helpful. Never once were we made to feel unwelcome or dumb. We had a great experience!
