This is a big Mexican restaurant decorated with all sorts of Mexican folk art and kitsch. It is named after plaza Garibaldi in Mexico city where mariachis perform, and fittingly, mariachis perform here every weekend. We were too early for the show but we enjoyed good food and good service. they have a large menu with all the standards. Prices are moderate. We tried one order of sopes, like thick corn for tortillas topped with lettuce, steak, and salsa, very tasty; and very well prepared chicken enchiladas. I don't know why anyone would complain about the service because it was very friendly and efficient.
