Josh was amazing! I learnt so much about the local aboriginal history, whilst having fun. A must do tour if you're going to Ngilgi Cave.

The tour was beyond all expectations. The southwest was brought to life through stories of history and the cultural significance of various sites to the Aboriginal people, somehow giving us a feeling of connectedness to the region. The cave was beautiful and Josh's talent in dreamtime storytelling and didgeridoo created an extremely moving, nigh on spiritual experience. The food was authentic and tasty, and our group learnt so much despite having lived in the southwest for years! Josh is a genuinely talented and warm person and it was a privilege to have him guide us through the life and country of his family and ancestors. An amazing experience that I recommend to all visitors, and to all locals like myself who would like to know more about this special place. We did the "Food, culture, cave and didg" tour which was great value for our group!!

Josh is amazing, his knowledge, spirit and hospitality is enthralling. This is a tour that can not be matched by any other tour operator. Follow up with a visit to the Wardan Aboriginal Cultural Centre.

Amazing evening cave tour with Josh! We met josh at the entrance to Ngilgi caves right as the caves were closing for the day. It was perfect because our family of four got a private tour. He started out by explaining the history of the area, his ancestors in the region and local flora and fauna. He described ceremonies, family totems and the dreamtime. He told us the story of the cave spirit and really gave the kids a good insight into the ways of the aboriginal people. My 8 and 5 year olds were fascinated! Then we explored the caves and he played the didgeridoo inside the eerily quiet and spookily lit cave - just WOW! I think my kids will never forget it! A beautiful sound and an amazing one of a kind experience! Josh was just so incredibly nice, easygoing, and great with the kids! I was looking for a true aboriginal experience and this was it! As someone who has studied aboriginal culture in college, I was so impressed and so happy that my kids got a taste of this amazing culture!

I booked the Koomal Dreaming - Ngilgi Cave Cultural Tour for a group of post-conference delegates from overseas, interstate and intrastate and Josh 'Koomal' was our tour guide. Josh's story about the Yallingup region and history of his family along with a deep understanding of his cultural heritage were totally enthralling to our group of 11 that agreed it was the highlight of their weekend away in the South-West region of Western Australia. His calm, spiritual nature, didgeridoo and fire starting skills were a pleasure to behold. I would strongly recommend anyone to partake in this tour to broaden your knowledge and understanding of the Wadandi elders of this region and enjoy Josh's amazing story telling skills.
