We stayed at Seashells in March 2012, and enjoyed it immensely. Stayed in a one-bedroom apartment, which was absolutely huge. It was clean and tidy and well furnished, with gorgeous views from the balcony of Caves House and the surrounding greenery. Close to the beach, and a great choice of walking routes. If I had to give some constructive criticism - and this is minor - I would say that we could have done with a couple more towels and that the TV was a bit small for the huge room it was in. We moved the TV unit closer to the couch. But apart from those small issues, it was a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Room Tip: As expected, the views are better from the upper floor rooms.

Stayed 3 nights in mid Feb. We booked a studio room including breakfast and were pleasantly surprised upon arrival getting upgraded to a 1 bed self contained room- the reception staff were extra friendly and helpful too when we went to the desk. We stayed in room 111 which was at the other end of the resort so it was lovely a quiet and peaceful on the balcony (except some of the tourists walking through the gardens milling around outside but this only happened a few times and we were out most of the days anyway). The room was clean and comfortable, very spacious- king bed was soft and the spa bath was really deep and long (took a while to fill!)- the cooking facilities were fairly good too, though we ate out.

The included breakfasts were great value for money- we got vouchers and could pick anything off the breakfast menu (better than the continental breakfast advertised)- warning that they are massive serves, but breakfast runs quite late so great if you're a late riser.

The gardens are lovely and you are close to the beach and if you have a car (we hired one) it is centrally located enough to enjoy some of the other attractions close by (Margaret River, Dunsborough and the beaches along the coast).

Would definately stay here again- great value for money and very comfortable

Room Tip: rooms further from the caves house are best, though mid week I don't think the noise is too bad

We stayed in 1 bedroom apartment, the surrounding well kept gardens are fantastic for children or anyone to walk through and relax in. The beach can be walked to or a 2min drive. Yallingup beach is beautiful (closest) we also went to Merrilup beach which was also great. Its also very close to one of the Ngili caves. Overall we loved our stay, the amenities, such as washing machine, stove etc are new and well looked after.

We were here in Febuary 2012 in a one bedroom apartment.
Love, love this place. The room was lovely and spacious and decorated in a clean modern style that just oozed relax and enjoy!! Wonderful balcony overlooking the beautiful gardens. We were there Monday to Thursday so no issue with noise that we had seen others point out in their reviews. Dont believe the advertises "short walk" to the beach though, it is a good 20 minute walk to the beach front, but still not complaing as it is a lovely walk or an easy 3-5 minute drive.
Only issue is price, still getting over the cost of accomodation in WA so a little reluctant to say excellent value for money. But it was nice to be spoilt. Fabulous place to be at the end of the day after travelling around the beautiful Margaret River area.

We had booked a studio room on last minutes deals and got a 1 bedroom apartment instead it was very spacious and clean. The gardens are beautiful and we were at the end of the complex on the bottom floor so it was very quiet, you could still here the band at the pub on sunday night. If you stay there ask for a room down the end of the complex, it is alot quieter. Overall a very nice place to stay, the pub food is average and the drinks are expensive and are served in plastic cups it did not taste the same as glass - $9.00 for a beer. Would stay again.....Beaches are beautiful...

Room Tip: Down the end away from the caves house.....
