Sad to see the same complaints from two years ago still haven't been addressed. Half the lights in our villa don't work, or work intermittently, or are hanging out of the wall. The old evaporative air conditioners are barely hanging in the wall, one of them was literally held together with silver duct tape. There is a new r/c air con in the master room but we didn't need it because the place is so draughty with the un-sealable louvre windows, which also meant we could hear the conversations of our neighbours three houses up the road at 1am. There's holes in the paper thin walls from door handles, and the upstairs floor is so noisy you can hear people in the neighbouring villa's just walking around. The garden was in such a state that the man staying in the villa next to us decided to do the weeding and run the retic. He then had to call the real estate and complain just to get someone to take the rubbish away because the waste area out the back was overflowing. Parking is at the rear but our unit key only opened the front door, a total pain when you need to unload small children and gear and have to hike it all around to the front. The beds were clean but the dishes, cutlery, and pots and pans were dirty. We had to wash everything before we could use it. There is no soap provided, even just for washing hands. And there was a distinct aroma of cat urine by the window in the second bedroom.
Free laundry was a huge bonus. Safety gate for the stairs was good for our small children. Linen was clean. Bathroom clean but dated. Didn't use the pool. Nicole the now ex-manager was lovely and helped where she could, but as each unit is now individually managed by either a real estate agent or the Visitor's center there is a lot of confusion and difficulty in getting maintenance issues sorted. It was cheap, and reasonably clean, but I wouldn't stay here again.
