It appears Sunseas Villas have not seen much in the way of renovation since they were built, which looked as though it was in the 70s. Still, while the apartment we had (#10) was decidedly dated, it was clean, spacious and reasonably priced - and in the back (2nd) row of the villas - so away from the main road. The villas are very convenient to the town centre, wifi reception was excellent and the kitchen was adequately stocked with crockery, saucepans etc. There were a few oddities: did not get to meet the owners/operators - there was always a 'gone fishing' sign on the door, there wasn't really a bathroom - while there was a separate toilet and shower recess, the laundry tub in the passageway doubled as the handbasin. Main oddity though was the heavy-handed and threatening use of signage about the place warning of responsibilities for breakages etc. Labels told us how many pieces of crockery there were. It seems the owners did not have a lot of trust in their guests, which makes for a stressful time for all concerned.
