I stayed in Exmouth for 5 nights in August .We had no wifi in the resort so used the visitor centre to keep in touch with family and friends. The centre offers free wifi. On our second day I tried to use my preloaded Travelex credit card and managed to enter an incorrect PIN number, blocking the card and all our holiday funds! The helpful staff at the centre spent a considerable amount of time helping me to resolve the situation. I really cannot praise the staff at this lovely new centre highly enough!

In addition we booked an evening sunset boat trip though the centre which was all it was promised to be. In short nothing is too much trouble for the friendly staff at this centre .If you are new to the town then I would highly recommend a visit as there is a wealth of useful information on offer to enhance your visit.

It is a very large visitors centre and the staff are hard pressed to help the large number of visitors... and they cope very well.

The Visitor Centre in Exmouth is the largest I’ve seen and will be amazing when it’s completed. We will go back to view the historical display today.

We went in for inspiration on what to visit in the area, first the building itself is an attraction, world class. Upon entry the openness and freshness is welcoming! On the right I noticed a doorway with what looked like a historical display, there was a small sign asking you to see staff for entry, we worked our way around the usual souvenirs on offer then approached the counter to get a town map and enquire about entry to the display, a charge of $12 ph or concession $10ph. The display has a large number of exhibits, plus both audio and visual, a cyclone room (reliving cyclone 'Vance'), a full sized bus, also a replica of 'Z' force's 'sleeping beauty', after an hour, I thought we were done! No we still had 2 1/2 floors to go! Don't miss this place.

Went here as soon as we got to town. They were very helpful letting us know of the places to see. Answering questions about what to eat, and the tours that are available.
