Collect from the hotel by cheerful friendly staff and looked after all day. Swam with the Whale Sharks which was an unforgettable experience, enhanced by the knowledgeable staff who were there to guide you throughout the adventure. Beautiful plentiful food supplied all day and the onboard photographer took in water and onboard photos throughout the day. Do not miss this well organised, rewarding trip.

Pick up/drop off from accommodation made the whole day begin/end smoothly.
Snorkel inside the reef to start the morning was wonderful. We saw a stingray, pufferfish, lionfish, nudibranch galore, and a multitude of colorful corals.
The seas can be a bit choppy outside the reef, so be prepared if you are prone to sea sickness. The quest for whale sharks was about 3 hours in the chop, but it was worth the ride.
We had four swims with the gentle giants, and each one was exhilarating. They have a slow, almost lazy tail stroke, but they move fast in the water! Be prepared to kick vigorously to keep up.
Whale sharks will periodically dive beneath the shallows out of sight, marking the end of your swim along and the start of a new search for the vessel.
Ningaloo Blue staff provided excellent service: operating the vessel, equipping our gear, catering snacks/tea/coffee & a delicious lunch, providing information about marine life, and documenting the trip. I purchased the video/photo package from the day's adventure and was not disappointed. If you want the whale shark experience, Ningaloo Blue will deliver above and beyond.

Went out on 16th March, on what has to be a perfect day on the water, the weather was amazing with no wind which helped! The crew, Brad, Matt, Chrystal, Dani and Cat (videographer) were all brilliant people, full of knowledge and very approachable.
The during the courtesy bus ride Dani provided lots of information as we travelled to the boat ramp, highlighting interesting things out the window. Once on the boat there was the usual safety briefing and everyone was fitted out with quality snorkel equipment.
The morning consisted of a drift snorkel session inside the reef, giving everyone a chance to get used to the equipment. There were plenty of fish to see.
Following that as we made our way out of the reef into open ocean, we were given a talk on how the interactions with the whale sharks would be done. A selection of pastry type snacks were laid on, hot and cold drinks available too.
We had a total of 5 whale sharks which we snorkelled with, 10 people at a time and a spotter/guide in the water with the group to show us where the Whale Shark was. It was truly amazing getting to swim with these majestic creatures. We even got to see them gorging on clouds of krill. There was no pressure to enter the water, some guests chose to stay on the boat during some of the interactions and the view was spectacular from here too!
Lunch buffet was provided.
On the trip back inside the reef for the afternoon snorkel, we saw plenty of dolphins, turtles and other marine life, the boat was stopped a few times so everyone could see them. the afternoon snorkel was nice and relaxing way to finish off the day.
Over all a fantastic day out, with a great bunch or professional staff, well worth the money... Seriously considering another trip later in the year!
Also really recommend buying the video of the day, some really good footage capturing the atmosphere of the trip as well as stunning video of the Whale Sharks.

Went out with Ningaloo Blue on a whale shark excursion just at the start of the season. And what a success it was! We swam with five (FIVE!) sharks and saw turtles, dolphins and reef sharks to boot.
The crew was fantastic and pampered the guests from all sides. This being a full day trip, there were plenty of snacks on board and a yummy lunch. Cold water was provided as well as high factor sunscreen. The knowledgeable crew both entertained and educated the guests wherever possible. Never rushed, they were happy to stop whenever there was something interesting in the water.
The price may look a bit steep at first but boy do they give back. All round a fantastic trip and definitely one of the highlights in Exmouth. I plan to come back.
