Staff are very informative and you can see how they love the place. Really cool to visit with the paraphernalia from the old station, information about space travel and handprints from actual astronauts who have been on the moon. The space shuttle experience is the amazing and it was so great not to have to wait in a queue.

This place is amazing. Well worth stopping off if you are passing through. They have put together an interesting display of the technology that was being used 40 to 50 years ago that many youngsters will find hard to comprehend. They are preserving their contribution to to Space Exploration in the 60's, 70's & 80's.
Thank you.

Space travel has fascinated many and this museum showcases a little know fact about Carnarvon and its involvement in space tracking. Lots of info and original furniture from back when it was a fully functioning control centre.
