While parking our vespas at a gas station in town, I asked the friendly attendant for advice on the best non-touristy restaurant. He gave me a phone number to call, and, next thing I know, we are being picked up in a van by Pasquale. After driving us the ten minutes to the estate, he gave of a tour of the grounds and then served us a truly fantastic meal. It was hands-down the most delicious and authentic cuisine we had on our 2-week trip. Incredible place! Incredible views!
