Family of 5, stayed in a standard plus that overlooked the outdoor plaza. Was a little noisy at night because we had our windows wide open to get cool air, but we didn’t mind it. Check in was a breeze (but we checked in on a Friday...the Saturday morning line was NUTS!). The beds are comfortable...pillows a bit too soft for my liking, but not a deal breaker. The staff members were very friendly and spoke English very well. If we were to stay again we will definitely book a suite to give us more room. A little disappointed that the pool is only available for 30mins per family, but I guess during the time of COVID, I can appreciate their trying to ensure proper distancing while giving more guests an opportunity to swim. Not a fan of the breakfast, but again, until buffet style service can be made available, it is what it is. Overall, we had an awesome three day stay and would recommend to other families with kiddos.

I have been to three Europapark hotels: Andaluz, Colosseo, Bell Rock. I would say that the last two are the best, with the Bell Rock being the most exclusive one. I had a feeling that it was less crowded, and the swimming pool area is very stunning. The feeling is of a more vast and quiet hotel.

The Colosseo is very nice as well, but my feeling was it was more crowded, and probably more suited to groups of friends. However, location is top, it is very handy to walk to the park, it literally takes less than 3min to walk to the entrance, thanks to an underground passage.

The walk from the BellRock is not that far either, expecially if you walk through the Colosseo (instead of walking around it)

So finally I would opt for the BellRock for the elegant feeling, but the Colosseo is a very good second choice

We spent 4 nights in this hotel last weekend. We stayed there with our family and enjoyed it tremendously. The rooms are good and the outdoor seating area is lovely and very child friendly. We can definitely recommend this hotel for a family break.

It is a cheap, mass-tourism arrangement where you queue for low quality breakfast and below-average Italian dinner ( pizza only/ tetra pack wine, still 100EUR) alike. Staff is unexperienced/ not particularly friendly and dont care. Impossible for such a setup to be economically successful in the absence of the adventure park.
