Hotel is nice. Big rooms, good views, comfy beds and pleasant staff. ATM in the lobby The downside is that the food choice is limited its either a small choice from the bar or it seems a buffet (USD 60 pp ). Plenty to eat and good food but for me to much. Just up the road is a bedouin restaurant Taj Mahal and the food is much better and cheaper. The lamb kebab is excellent.
Hotel pool is very nice and pretty big.

If you like to feel like in a factory, in a crowed place with a poor service, may be this is the good place.

If you like to pay extra for a room with a view on the sea but on top of a swimming pool playing lousy and very loud music that you will prevent you from staying in your room, then may be the place is for you.

If you want to spend a nice time relaxing, then go anywhere else

Room tip: go somewher else

Spent a wonderful weekend at this hotel ! The hotel is located at the very northern end of the "tourist strip" of Ein Bokek. Although it is a bit far from the center of this strip it is just a few minutes walk from the main bazaar in the middle and a fewer steps from the quite well equipped seashore of the pleasant dead sea.The rooms are well equipped with tea/coffee maker, refrigerator, and quite big with all balconies toward sea view. Service was excellent, so was the food ( we had H/B) , and the S.P.A services. As a whole- recommended!

Room tip: Ask for rooms not close to the pool !! It is very noisy !!

This has to be the worst hotel we have every stayed in. We were on Pilgrimage with 50 other people and we stayed here 1 night to experience the Dead Sea. The lobby was beautiful and very clean. The elevators seemed to be new. The luxury feel ended as soon as you got off the elevator. There was peeling paint and falling plaster in the halls. Our room was filthy. There were bugs everywhere. We called the front desk to request a different room because of the filth. We were told they were sending housekeeping to clean the room. We got ready to go to the Dead Sea and stopped at the concierge desk for the pool towels. They rudely directed us to the Spa. No one was working in the spa. We had to look for the towels ourselves. When we returned to our room about an hour later, our room was still not cleaned. We called the front desk again and they hung up on us. Most of the people we were travelling with had complaints about their rooms also. The staff was rude and very unhelpful. There is nothing good we can say about this hotel. It should be shut down.

Room tip: Stay away from this place.

We spent one night here since we planned to hike Masada at sunrise and wanted to spent the night before some place close by. The room was lovely and renovated with a gorgeous view of the sea. We spent most of our time at the freshwater pool since we had our toddler with us and this pool has a shallow end for kids. The hotel staff was very accommodating and helpful - including the bar tender who helped us refill our daughter's milk bottles before we hit the road and the front desk staff who arranged for us to use continue to use the pool after we checked out (we just left our bags in the car and used the spa to shower before leaving). We also went for a float in the sea in the afternoon. The shuttle was great, but really just drives you through the parking lot and drops you of across the street from the beach. We ended up walking back to the hotel on our own and it was only a 5 min walk. We wished we had stayed longer than one night!
