Very clear water for snorkelling, tide creates some waves but very manageable, secluded enough but very good for walking. One of the best beaches to catch sunset

We went there very late in the day. The hotel staff gave us a lift. Luckily for us, as the walk would have been very very long!

Nice picturesque beach!

II became very small, it is impossible to bathe or it is necessary to go 200 m, only for the parking of fishing boats. It is a pity, Seychelles lose the good beaches

Fabolous beach, great to spend whole day once on Mahé. Reachable by car, free parking by the gate, later 25 minuts more walking. But for sure worth it!! On way back was picked by staff in a golf cart, saved 25 minutes of walk in a heat. MUST VISIT

All my reviews are addressed to naturalists or at least to true nature lovers. Hedonists, lovers of luxury and worldly life, "romantics" as by television series, had better not read them. That said, Petit Anse is an incredible water mirror of a gorgeous transparent turquoise jeweled by beautiful granite hills covered by the bizarre and wonderful vegetation so common on the island of Mahe. Something wrong? Yes, the place is occupaied by the "Four Season", one of the world's most exclusive and unique tourist facilities. Luckily access is allowed through the steep private road, but the forest and the hills are infested with luxurious Holiday chalets or restaurant facilities. Everything very well designed, it's not a punch in the eye as you might fear; But we believe that the most beautiful places of creation are the gifts that some existing or invented divinity has done to all living beings; as beautiful churches, where everyone can rejoice and move for the best that life can offer. Not the sad paradises for wealthy customers.
