We stayed for 5 days. And will never return. The hotel could be a fantastic place. The pool, beach, reception and fitness are all really nice areas. But the lack of service, the poor renovation of the place in 2015 and the terrible food really gives a bad overall experience.
Be aware that this is an all-inclusive hotel with also has guests without all-inclusive (we only had half board). That means that the restaurants (all 10!) get their food from the same kitchen, with again means really low quality (I guess because of the cost). And the staff is in general inattentive.More
