This was a huge property spread over many acres of land. The property being away and almost secluded, the beach connected seems like a private beach. The beach is extremely clean with many access points.

They have various water activities complimentary for in house guests like snorkeling, surf boarding, water skiing, glass bottom boat, etc. Do try them here itself instead of going elsewhere and spending money over them. If you have time then you can also go for a 3 day scuba diving course!

The rooms here are also equally spacious. You can either go for the beach facing rooms which open up directly on the beach or the internal ones, again which have a beach view at least.

The spa here is also very good, but ensure you book your appointment well in time, they run full on most days!

The only thing I found slightly disturbing is the additional charges on room service! But maybe that’s how it is in Mauritius.

Overall a great property for couples and honeymooners!

My husband and I stayed in this hotel for our honeymoon in March this year. It was lovely and our holiday was made extra special by the duty manager Jameel, he was excellent, professional, curtious and prompt. Jameel definitely made our holiday the best it could have been. Thank you so much. The hotel is beautiful, our room was exceptional (house keeping department were perfect) our favourite restaurant was the beach shack. The only thing that let this hotel down for us was the main restaurant, where we feel the quality and variety of food needs to be improved.

To celebrate having bagged a new job and to be better acquainted to new colleagues we chose The Westin as the place to be ! And undoubtedly it turned to be one of the best Friday night outs with new acquaintances.Thumbs up !!

As soon as I popped in, I went in the lobby to take a sit while waiting for my friends to join me.When one of the front office staff saw I was there for long he proposed to bring over a glass of water. This gesture of his was much appreciated because it reflects the observational skills of the associate and consequently solution he brought to it.

From the drinks at The Retreat Bar to the food at the Main Restaurant , Seasonal Tastes , every single bit of our evening was fabulous!.Special Thanks goes to the Food and Beverage Manager, Azagen who is doing an amazing job and under his direction his staff are real customer service superstars. Chef I would love to thank you for the yummilicious lasagna and pasta with pesto !!! They were incredibly yummy !
Thank you to the whole team for being so attentive to our requests.

We have just returned from a fantastic holiday at the Westin. Great hotel, food, staff and service (special mention to Doriana). Our kids are 8 and 6, they loved the enormous pool and the kids club. We stayed in one of the larger rooms that has a kind of alcove where the kids slept. This worked really well and saved us ££ as we didn’t need 2 interconnecting rooms. Why only 4 out of 5? Well the beach isn’t that great and the water is very shallow over the reef, so if you like swimming in the sea this place may disappoint you.
