We got very lucky today as we came to the museum one hour before it closed, at 5 pm and it was open to kids for free today! The museum staff were extremely kind, and Melissa one of the staff members helped our 4 grandsons aged 9 and younger, to do the scavenger hunt, create crafts to make race tracks, and the youngest one enjoyed playing with toy cars. There is also a car racing simulator machine which our nine-year-old grandson played for one hour! They had prizes for the kids for doing the scavenger hunt, and everyone was very helpful. There are all kinds of different vehicles in here with lots of history and well written plaques and signs. Across the street from the museum is one of the springs with water and we all enjoyed tasting it. Discounts for kids on the six and seniors, and for military personnel. Parking is free.

My son, husband and I attended a private event for UNOH orientation. It was an awesome place to have it at for students interested in the auto industry. There was some great autos on display and it was very interesting. I loved the history of the building too. Well worth going to see.

Small but cool Automotive Museum. Some cool and interesting cars. From Old Food trucks to modern day race cars to old time cars and Trucks. If you like automobiles, you'll like this museum. They even have the old car that went from car to boat like 007 had.

Whether you love old cars, new cars, race cars, trucks there is always something to see at SAM. The main display is always changing, but upstairs the display is static. Not only does the museum offer vehicles on display, but is also heavily involved in education, especially the Distracted Driver Program. Set in the beautiful Saratoga Spa State park the building it houses is the historic Springs Bottling Plant.
