We have been here twice, once right after opening. Place used to be Seaside Johnnies and we came often, location is beautiful.

First time our waitress was new but energetic( niece of owner), thus a bit disorganized, but overall good effort. Food was well prepared but some delays for some of our guests. Some got their entries while others waited.

Second visit service was dysfunctional, small details are missed, such as water, bread and waiter attention. The place badly needs a maitre'd and someone to run the kitchen. They clearly had enough waitstaff but no structure. Table next to us gave up after they waited an hour for their main course and left. Place was half full!

Lobster bisque was nicely done with chunks of meat and clams on half shell were good, but took 25 minutes to come.

Our main courses did not come for an hour and again not all mains came out together. However, food was good, especially coconut shrimp, swordfish, crab cakes and chicken bruschetta. This is not a waitress issue but a kitchen coordinating function.

The people are nice and we hope they can get better organized.

This place opened just this week on sits on the long island sound. The service was outstanding but goes down hill from there.I ordered the seafood supreme which should come with clams, mussels, shrimp, lobster and calamari over linguine with tomato sauce. When the order came there was no mussels and no linguine and the tomato sauce was more like tomato soup.Told my waiter about the missing mussels and the missing pasta she told me she would tell the cook and reordered the linguine .She came back 5 minutes later and said they ran out of mussels. The linguine came 20 minutes later after i had finished my meal.Over all the meal was not great the cost was $39.95.

Great location, attractive menu, very nice food, pleasant-but-clueless wait staff, DEPLORABLE service. Would recommend avoiding this place until they figure out their staffing.
Our group of three waited 65 minutes to be served when the place was 1/4 full. We gave our straightforward order three times to three different people. When the meals came, one was what we ordered, a second was a close-enough-but-still-not-right variation and the third was just wrong. Two accurate replacements for the wrong one arrived at different times. One of the people we asked about the delay promised drinks which never materialized, and we were not offered anything other than apologies and assurances.
If they are still open in a year, I will try again, because the food was good and you can't beat the location, but if today's experience is the norm, the building will be looking for another tenant by then.
