Our family went to the O'Tooles location in Queensbury on a Saturday evening. The restaurant was busy, however our wait was only 5 minutes. The entrees were reasonably priced and the kids menu items were only $3.99. So we were all pleasantly surprised that the dishes were not just good but great. Would definitely recommend the Steak Alfredo and Bourbon Fried Chicken entrees. The interior of the restaurant could use some freshening up, but overall we were happy with the experience and would definitely go again when in the Queensbury area.
Stopped in for dinner on Friday around 6pm, busy but we were still able to be seated right away.
The place is in a little strip mall, so very deceiving. You walk in and it's very big & open, TV's everywhere.
The menu is pretty much your standard pub fare, except they do accommodate gluten-free allergy as well (very unusual for this type of restaurant). Overall the food was very good.
I'd have rated this place as "Excellent" except the waitress was fairly inattentive to us; in fact, this seemed to be the case all around, as I noticed other diners getting frustrated as well. It may have just been a busy Friday evening, perhaps understaffed, but enough for it to impact my rating.
We are on vacation with our grandchildren and one of them is gluten free. We were so pleased to find O'tooles. They are certified Gluten Free. The quality was excellent and they have a full gluten free and regular menu.
Our waitress was so nice and helpful. The gluten free fries and chicken fingers were so good (I tasted them).
Prices were average, the staff friendly and accomodsting. After each table became empty a staff member would wipe down the tables, which was nice.
We highly recommend O'tooles whether you are gluten free or not. Good parking essy location. Enjoy.
The food here is okay, though the specials make it a good value. The servers do the best they can and are friendly. But no matter when I go, no matter how busy it is or isn't, they seem to be understaffed relatively to how many people are there. I wish they had Ziosks so it didn't take 10 minutes to get and pay your bill. Like I said, servers do the best they can but are asked to cover too many tables at once.
