Very tired as we had just driven 300 miles leaf peeping through northern NY and VT. Got off the thruway and happened upon this diner at around 8 on a Saturday night. We were seated right away and had the friendliest server who took our order which included chicken shawarma on a pita, lamb gyro and cobb salad. Our waitress pointed out that the large salad was huge and hubby was glad he got the small as even that was huge. Our food was tasty and our only complaint is that our waitress disappeared. The owners saw we were finished and came over to clear our plates and ask if we wanted anything else. The only thing we wanted was that lovely waitress as we wanted to thank her. When we pushed the owner he said she had taken a cigarette break. Hey who knows how long her day was. We left her a generous tip anyway and I sure hope you get her when you dine there. She'll put a smile on your face!
