We enjoyed a great lunch on arrival day in this small and cozy restaurant.
It opens at 1 PM so unless you've made a reservation - make sure to be there a few minutes earlier.
The staff is extremely friendly.
We had ouzo (the local liquor) and definitely recommend to try it.
All dishes are small portions therefore you can experience and enjoy many flavors- we ordered pita bread with spreads - I loved the tzaziki and the beetroot. The feta cheese spread was too spicy for me but my partner loved it. These were followed by fried zucchini which were nice though a little too oily m, lamb sausage (very good!) and octopus on the grill. For desert we had a traditional cake with orange syrup on top - delicious!
We had a great experience of well-cooked local food in good ambiance.
If we just had more time in Santorini we would definitely come back.

The reviews had built the place up to high in our opinion, the food wasn't bad but maybe we have had too many great Spanish tapas meals this didn't quite measure up. The patatas bravas with feta was good, the lamb sausage was tasty but had the texture of a frankfurter and a lamb mince dish was tasty but a bit like a deconstructed moussaka.
The aubergine dip with home made bread and anchovies were good and the orange cake was nice.
Wine from a box was just ok but you can't expect much.
Sorry but we didn't feel it lived up to the hype

Melitini is something special. The service here is unmatched and the food is amazing. We actually had dinner here our first and last night in Santorini. Melitini is known for their "small plates" but don't be fooled, you will get plenty of food with each order. Some of our favorites were the Saganaki (It's much lighter here than anywhere else we ordered it), Potatoes with Cheese & Sauce (You MUST get this!), Minced Meat cooked with Vegetables & Cheese (Sounds weird - just do yourself a favor and get it!), and the grilled vegetables (had to have something healthy!). You can't go wrong, everything is fresh and full of so much flavor. I wish this could be our regular date night spot. Thanks so much for the awesome hospitality!

This restaurant is a “must go” and can be only described with one word only: succulence.
A wonderful ambiance and atmosphere, cheerful waiters (especially George) and gorgeous types of food and also very reasonable price.
My husband even said he could retire here and live on their unique cheese and olives. Free WiFi is also provided here.
My son enjoyed very much the Lamb Sausage and the bread. The wine is local and authentic. Trust me, this restaurant is simply indescribable because of the deliciousness of the food and the friendliness.

Great food. A wide variety of stunning Greek tapas. A nice change to the normal Greek dishes. All cooked to perfection in a beautiful decorated restaurant and super friendly and enthusiastic staff.
An absolut must try !
