Hotel staff were very friendly, room was spacious and very clean. each floor had beverage machine and comp breakfast had plenty to choose from, easy check out. Room was very updated and looked very new.

Check in was quick and easy. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The room was very clean. The free breakfast was very good with plenty of choices of quality fresh items to choose from. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Great stay and room. Make yourself waffle bar was so delish. Only, and I do mean only, complaint is there is no hot tub here. Pool was great. Everything clean. Our room was huge. Def enough room for our family. Staff was great, and right off the highway and short drive to the falls. A must stay for the area.

Were treated very well by staff. Booked using third party site and was told that we could leave our vehicle in lot as we were flying out of the airport for trip to Florida for 11 days. At check in we were told that was not the case, the hotel did not offer that convience anymore but the manager said that they would allow us to do so and made sure it was posted for all employees so that my vehicle would not be told. They even called a cab for us the next morning to take us to airport. The wheelchair accessible room we had was excellent and spacious.

Lovely accommodations. Plentiful breakfast offerings. Complimentary coffee. Weekend staff seemed a bit overbearing regarding the rules against noise, supporting a curfew and prohibiting alcohol in public places. Must be a story, or two, behind this. We had to sign agreement re: same. Made us a bit nervous over the possibility of infractions to these rules, but the hotel was quiet.
