Attitude is Prime Time's weakness: Prime Time serves as though doing patrons a favor, instead of pleasantly welcoming diners. The food quality is also inconsistent.
The eggplant parmesan is excellent: spicy tomato sauce and tender eggplant. Pizza can be excellent, but at times, the sauce is skimpy and the slices are dry. The owner's son, who manages the restaurant, is unfriendly, which is unfortunate, since we can find vegetarian pizza elsewhere. Prime Time capitalizes on being the only kosher pizza in Southern Westchester. The restaurant has a few tables for diners and serves takeout. Salads, sandwiches, and hot entrees are also available. Drinks are limited: no flavored seltzers, only sodas, flavored ice teas, and water. Tables are not cleaned promptly. It is completely self-serve.
