It is a beautiful hotel with lots of history. The accommodations were lovely and the staff was outstanding. The view from our room was delightful. We wished we could have stayed longer. The one minor issue is the walls are not well insulated so we could hear the people next door, but even with that, we totally enjoyed our stay and would go back again.

Works like a hotel but the units are privetly owne and decorated according to the owners taste. We had a very nice hotel room with a small kitchen and newly renovated.
The gym is clean and has newer equipment.
The grounds are stunning!! The best is you do not need a car they will drive you even to the Light house!!

Room Tip: Ask for a newly renovated room

Spent a wonderful summer weekend. Old world charm with great service. Set away from the town of Montauk yet everything is close. There is a shuttle that goes to town. There is a restaurant on site which is really nice. All rooms are apartments. It is set upon a hill and there are fantastic views of water and land.

Our one-bedroom suite (316) was clean and newly refurbished and the kitchen was well equipped. The staff at the front desk is a bit lackluster and not super welcoming or good at explaining how things work or what's offered. The suite was pretty small so the bed and sofa bed were within 4-5 feet of the door/entry and hallway which was a bit noisy at times since there is no sound barrier whatsoever, but it was mostly a quiet property. The bathrooms were also teeny and there is not much space for your things except on the toilet and under the sink. You basically have to close the door to do anything and I banged my elbows a lot! Water pressure is very low. The pools (indoor/outdoor) were nice. We didn't take advantage of the shuttle, but it would be nice to avoid having to park downtown. Didn't try the restaurant, but brought food and the kitchen was very useful. Parking can be a bit of a hike on the property if you're coming/going a lot and toting kids, but we found another elevator closer to the lot which helped (no one thought to mention it or explain where the lot was). Wifi wasn't working in our room so front desk told us to log on to the neighbor's wifi - worked well enough.

We stayed there Aug 2, 3rd, and 4th. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and the maid cleaned the room very attentiveness. The only issue was every day that we were there our entire 4th floor smelled like Marijuana, pungent like someone was smoking in the Hallways. There are signs throughout the Hotel NO SMOKING! I guess if you own the condo you get a pass. We spoke to management many times and the maid would come up and spray Fabrezee down the hallway. The Police were coming out of the Elevator one day... wonder if it was for the Pot Smokers?! They need to enforce there rules more even if you own the condo. I would stay there again but not on the 4th floor with Chi and Chong!

Room Tip: Avoid 4th Floor.
