Three floors of Beautiful and even Great art in many styles i.e. paintings, sculpture, photography, paper, etc. The facility is also beautiful and historic and one can occasionally even speak with the artist. They hold numerous open houses featuring a particular strict.

We attended a gallery showing of local artists (from the Rochester Institute of Technology) in the digital medium. The gallery occupies most of the second floor of The Lower Mill; an historic converted operating grain mill, constructed of massive blocks of local stone and mortised and pegged beams of wood, which is interesting in itself. The first floor contains a great restaurant and bar. The Mill Art Center and Gallery rotates exhibitions of regional art, rents exhibition space, and also offers art classes for ages 4 through adult (pre-school and after-school, teen and adult day / evening, drawing and painting, figure and portrait study, home school programs, and summer art day camps). We were able to examine art in many mediums; painting, drawing, photography, glass, ceramics to name a few. Worth an hour of browsing, followed by a leisurely hour of dining downstairs.
