Amazing hotel. Good sized car park, friendly young guy at check in (Fri 14 Sept), large family room with v large king size bed, roll out bed and sofa bed. Brilliant breakfast, with friendly helpful staff. Modern bathroom. Perfect location, opposite Swan hotel which is on the river Thames. 3 min walk to Staines high street, over the river Thames, for lots of restaurants/shops.

5 min drive down one road to Thorpe Park. No queues along road.

Well done - a great hotel.

Me and my daughter stayed here for 1 night on a stopover for her flight from heathrow.
The hotel is wonderful and our room 112 was amazing. It was pure luxury. The shower was wonderful and it seems we even got upgraded to a king size room. The breakfast was amazing lots of choices but the cooked breakfast was one of the best ive ever had.
I would certainly stay here again and will make a point of doing so if ever we need to go
to London. As for parking well there were plenty of spaces. No need to worry on that point.

Stayed here in May as Windsor was full for the Royal Wedding. Located right across from the Swan Hotel and Pub where you can watch the Thames go by. There's a decent Indian restaurant on the ground floor that doubles as the breakfast room. Very good full English breakfast. The rooms are spacious (for England) with upgraded bathrooms, large shower, some with views. You'll need to take a taxi from the train station, it's too far to walk (about 3 Km). Would definitely go back.

Room tip: Ask for a room looking out towards the river.

Room very pleasant, roomy and modern. Staff friendly, Breakfast good. Large car park. Only thing stopping an excellent rating is non HD TV and no plain yoghurt at breakfast. At it's price point its the best hotel I have found in the area so far and I have tried a few!

We chose this hotel because it had family rooms and it was close to legoland. It took half an hour to get to legoland. We stayed 2 nights, myself my husband and 2 daughters, 2 and 10. The room 209 was very spacious and had a big bathroom with separate bath and shower. It was fine for what we wanted. Our bed was a lovely big queen size. We brought our own travel cot for our 2 year old and the 10 year old slept on the double sofa bed. Breakfast was fine but more a 3 star breakfast than a 4 star. There is a good pub opposite called The Swan, where we ate one of our evening meals. I recommend this hotel for a family wanting to explore the area. We also discovered an excellent park with 2 play grounds and a splash park only 15 minutes walk along the river which the kids really enjoyed.
